This stop-frame animation, directed by Suzie Templeton and from producers BreakThru Films, won an Oscar® in 2008 for Best Animated Short Film and is screened to a live orchestral performance of Prokofiev’s score.

Perfect for family, school and general audiences, Peter & the Wolf Live has become many promoters’ preferred way to programme this beloved musical introduction to the orchestra.

The 30 minute film is without dialogue. There are a number of scripted options on offer to frame the film, to increase the duration of the performance to 45 minutes / 1 hour.
